Welcome to the Blackbeard District's website. We are a division of the East Carolina Council of boy scouts located in Kinston, NC. Blackbeard District serves Bertie, Martin, Tyrrell, Hyde, Washington, & Beaufort Counties.
The website serves all of the boy scout and cub scout groups that make up the Blackbeard District. Please feel free to contact the webmaster to have any information added that you would like passed along to your scouts, leaders and families.
